Philanthropy

Iota Iota is committed to philanthropy. Each year, Iota Iota members come together to volunteer in the community and support domestic violence awareness initiatives including local non-profits, women's shelters, and Rho chapter philanthropies.

Walk A Mile in Her Shoes event - RHO CHAPTER PHILANTHROPY

Walk A Mile is a men’s march against domestic violence in which men literally walk a mile in high heels. What started out as a small group of men has grown to become a world-wide movement — raising millions of dollars for local rape crisis centers, domestic violence shelters and other sexualized violence education, prevention and remediation programs.

Rho Chapter has hosted Walk A Mile events for over 7 years here in the University of Washington and Seattle community.

Annual Panhellenic Bunco NIght - University of Washington

Bunco Night is an annual event that raises money to fund scholarships for deserving Panhellenic young women at University of Washington. Alumnae members come together for raffles and fun with 100% of the proceeds benefiting female Greek undergraduates.

Each year, sisters from Iota Iota attend to support our local Greek community.

We are always looking for new, exciting ways to serve our community. If you have cause you care about or an idea for a community community event. Let us know!
